Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The last severe weather drill was practiced on October 2022.”
“The last fire drill practice was recorded on October 2022.”
“The last lock down drill was practice on October 2022.”
“Two children were missing the emergency contacts on their enrollment form. Corrected at inspection when provider reached out to parents to collect the emergency contacts.”
“There were eight children enrolled and present at the time of inspection.”
“The light in the children's room was turned off during naptime making the room dark. Corrected at inspection when provider placed a nightlight in the room.”
