Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A television on a shelf was not secured to shelf or wall.”
“The primary caregiver did not have records available for review.”
“2 caregivers were missing required trainings.”
“Two caregivers did not take child maltreatment during the 2021-2022 training year.”
“The permit renewal posted expired May 18, 2021.”
“The primary caregiver did not receive child maltreatment training for the 2021-2022 training year.”
“The outdoor/indoor play section in the operational policies did not contain the duration of the outdoor play.”
