Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child in care has alopecia. The daycare staff was made aware of this child's condition/special needs, to include not combing this child's hair. However, a caregiver combed this child's hair; the care provided was not consistent with the child's condition/special needs.”
“Eight out of twelve children files were missing immunization records.”
“White van #4 child safety alarm system was disconnected the day before the inspection because it would not stop beeping. A white minibus child safety alarm system was not working. The van and white minibus child care safety alarm system were fixed by the end of this inspection.”
“A child's Emergency Food Allergy Plan implemented 03/26/2022 was missing a parent signature.”
“Nine out of twelve children files were missing a Healthcare Provider Statement.”
