Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The provider has completed 13.7 clock hours out of the required 30 clock hours for annual training from August 10, 2023, to August 10, 2024. To meet the training requirement, the provider must complete an additional 16.3 clock hours of make-up training, which will not count toward the current training year.”
