Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A food that a child was known to be allergic to was served to that child.”
“No incident report was made about the allergy incident.”
“During the investigation, CCR discovered that on 9/10/25, a child in care, with a known nut allergy, was served a muffin containing almond four, that resulted in the child becoming sick.”
“The operation, failed to notify CCR, within two days, of an incident that placed a child at risk of harm.”
“This investigation concluded that a child, in September of 2024, sustained in injury in care, that required medical treatment, and the operation did not notify CCR, per minimum standards.”
“A child did not have their hands washed after a diaper change, and staff did not direct the child to do so.”
“Caregivers did not know the number of children they were responsible for, The two caregivers initially reported having seven children but actually had six, which was only realized after the discrepancy was pointed out.”
