Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child did not have updated immunization record showing their 4th dose of PCV and DTap vaccines.”
“Two children did not have health statement in their record. They have ben enrolled over 7 days.”
“4 children's files were reviewed. One child needs an up to date immunization record.”
“The operational policy handbook was missing the emergency preparedness plan.”
