Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The primary caregiver has not completed the following mandatory Special Topics: Emergency preparedness, methods for preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases, strategies for preventing and responding to emergencies related to food or allergic reactions, knowledge of building and physical premises safety, and the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.”
“Operation is missing three out of the eleven health statements.”
“The operational polices does not included "promotion of physical activity" section.”
“The director's CPR/First Aid is expired.”
“The director has 3 hours of the required 30 hours of annual training. No trainings in Health and Safety Audit were completed.”
“During inspection children's nap cots were observed with no labels.”
