Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Caregiver was observed sitting in play structure while children were playing on the playground. Caregiver did not properly supervise the playground.”
“Files that were reviewed were missing the emergency authorization.”
“Multiple children's files were not complete.”
“Operation did not have a current health inspection.”
“A child was left outside on the playground for approximately 3 min.”
“Operation did not have documentaion of a recent fire inspection for liceninsg to view.”
“Cargiver in charge did not have a cleared background and had direct access to children.”
“Operation did not notify licensing of a communicable illness with in the 48 hour time frame.”
“Operation did not have completed tracing system of signing in and out for the children.”
“Operation could not porvide licensing with documentation of monthly fire drills.”
“Operation did not have a current Product safety sheet for licensing to review at time of inspection.”
“Multiple children records who were school age did not have the school information available.”
“Multiple staff records did not contain the necessary information required by licensing.”
“Employee validation has not been updated with in the 3 month time frame.”
