Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the preponderance of evidence it was determined that a child was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately 3 minutes.”
“At the time of inspection an epi-pen prescribed to one child with food allergies was not in the original packaging with the child's information.”
“At the time of inspection the operation did not have a complete food allergy plan for one child with a diagnosed food allergy. The Food Allergy Plan available in the child's file did not have updated information regarding administration of epi-pen and was not signed by parent/physician.”
“This standard was evaluated in regard to an investigation and found to be in violation of minimum standards. The caregiver did not conduct a name to face recognition prior to transitioning to another area.”
