Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Three caregivers were missing building and physical premise and hazaradous material training. Two caregivers were missing illness, immunizations, and food allergy training, One caregiver was missing emergency preparedness training.”
“Two caregivers did not have the full 24 hours of annual training hours.”
“A fire inspection has not been conducted since June 2022.”
“A bottle of expired benadryl was on the premises.”
“A caregiver, with direct access to children, was present without a background check eligibility. The caregiver was sent home during the inspection.”
“During the monitoring inspection it was found that the director had only obtained 4/30 of the required annual training hours.”
“During the monitoring inspection 2/6 children files reviewed did not have a health statement available for review.”
“An incident report was not signed by the parent within the required 48-hour timeframe.”
