Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Operation did not have a system to update records when children enroll in school.”
“One crib with a napping infant was not labeled. This was corrected at inspection when the crib was labeled with the child's name.”
“The operation has not paid a past due background check free since 12/2/23 for invoice #52923016731966Y.”
“During review of drivers records one of the individuals who conducts transportation did not have the required annual transportation training on file for review.”
