Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver was observed at inspection conducting diaper changes and did not sanitize the diaper changing surface after each diaper change. Wax paper wasn't used in between diaper changes either.”

“Children were observed arriving at the operation and were not washing their hands before eating breakfast.”
“Two caregivers were observed on the playground grabbing a child each by an arm and pulling the child across the outdoor activity space. The child was upset and then the child was held in a caregiver's lap and held in place for over10 minutes while they continued to be upset.”
