Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two of ten children's records did not have an up to date health statement.”
“Two of ten children did not have the updated copy of their immunizations in their records.”
“During the course of the investigation, there are enough evidence to support inappropriate grabbing and pulling of a child by a caregiver.”
“During the course of the investigation, it was enough evidence to support inappropriate discipline of a child by a caregiver.”
“I observed two children that are under the age of 2 years old watching tv. NOTE: This was corrected during the inspection by turning the tv off.”
“There was sufficient evidence to support the claim that infant care reports were not sent home each day.”
“The cribs were positioned in a row with no space between them.”
“The mini sized cribs had full sized crib sheets on them, causing them to be very loose and causing an asphyxiation hazard.”
“There were thirteen children with a standard age group of two present in a classroom with one caregiver. The ratio for a standard age group of two years old is one caregiver to eleven children. This was corrected by the caregiver in charge when two children were moved to the toddler classroom.”
“The operation conducted the last fire inspecion on 7/29/22.”
