Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“While conducting file audit of 3 children files, there was one file that did not have the required health statement.”
“The operation has a fire extinguisher that was not inspected as required.”
“While conducting background check review, There was one individual present without inactive background check.”
“The primary caregiver did not have the required 30 annual training hours.”
“The primary caregivers First Aid and CPR certification in not current.”
“Out of four children's records reviewed, two records were missing emergency contact addresses. This was corrected at inspection, as the information was obtained and placed in the children's records.”
