Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Center had roaches but they were not treated by a licensed pest control technician.”
“A trashcan placed to catch air conditioning condensation was observed over half full and was accessible to children. Photos were taken. The trashcan was dumped and was no longer accessible to children.”
“The fall rating for the playground was not available for review during the inspection.”
“The child safety alarm is not in working condition on both of the transportation vehicles.”
“I observed a child not wash their hands after toileting. The caregiver directed the child to wash hands after toileting and reminded her that is normal practice.”
“Brick was observed to be falling off the columns on the playground. Photos were taken.”

“It was observed children under the age of two watching a video on a table during nap time. This was corrected during inspection.”
“The toddler and infant classroom were over ratio. Ratio has been an ongoing issue and the director has been made aware by staff on more than one occasion.”
