A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Two children were missing health statements and emergency contact info for a person other than their parent. One child was missing admission date, health care info, emergency authorization and special care needs statement.”
“A staff person at the operation was missing personnel information including form 2551 and trainings.”
“The operation has not documented a fire drill, Carbon Monoxide check, Smoke Detector check, and fire extinguisher check since November 2022.”
