Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child's record did not have a signed health statement from the doctor saying that it was okay for the child to be at the daycare.”
“A child's record was missing a health statement from the physician.”
“There were multiple people still on the active emploee list that do not work at this operation or the sister operation and have been gone more than 7 days. The employee list was observed to be on a paper that was only about 3 X 2 inches.”
“The fire inspection is out of date.”
“Broken toys, deep holes, tree stumps and twigs were observed on the playyard. 2 waterhoses were observed on the play ground but were put up during this inspection.”
