Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Primary caregiver was missing required annual training content under 747.1309(d).”
“An admission form was missing the parent signature.”
“A baby walker was observed in the child care area. This was corrected by removing from the premises.”
“Two children's records were missing health statements from a healthcare professional.”
“Provider did not have a current CPR/First Aid card available for review.”
“Provider was lacking 20 hours of annual training.”
“During review of children records three children did not have current immunization charts on file.”
“During inspection there was a two year old child in care and the provider had the television on for children. This was corrected when the provider turned off the television and had the children do puzzles.”
“During review of children's records two children did not have current immunization records on file for review.”
