Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“An employee that was hired in February has not completed the 24 hours of preservice training.”
“The staff records were not properly maintained. Two records were missing CPR/First Aid certification, Five records were missing form 2912, and one record was missing the drivers license.”
“There was no proof of CPR training for a caregiver requiring CPR.”
“One of the staff files reviewed had expired annual trainings.”
“There was no documentation of the fire extinguishers being inspected monthly.”
“There was no proof of first aid training for a caregiver requiring first aid.”
“There was no records to review for a current employee.”
“The operation did not have a current employee list posted. This was corrected at the inspection when the director printed and posted an updated employee list.”
