Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not have any monthly fire drills logged in for 2025.”
“During the inspection, the provider's daughter was present at the home while children were in care without an eligible background check. This was corrected at the inspection when the background check was generated and submitted through the providers portal.”
“The primary caregiver didn't have training hours for the 2022-2023 annual year for review during the inspection.”
