Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The incident report was not signed within 48 hours of the incident.”
“The first aid kit did not include tweezers or a Guide to First aid. The guide was located in a separate location.”
“The operation did not provide the completed incident report within the required time frame. The incident report was completed on 12/28/23. The incident report was not signed by the parent until 2/7/24.”
“Based on the video reviewed, the worker had demonstrated poor judgment when lifting children up by their head.”
