Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Transportation training was missing for the person transporting children in care.”
“During afterschool transportation and while the car was in motion, two children in care were observed hanging out the window calling out to friends and one child was observed jumping from the second row to the third row of the vehicle. Neither child was restrained in a child passenger safety seat system.”
“Three children were missing health statements.”
“An infant not on table food was missing written infant feeding instructions.”
“Director does not have a current consumer product safety certification.”
“A fire drill was not documented for the month of May 2022. This was corrected when the LCCH director added the information on the Emergency Practices Form.”
