Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the inspection it was observed that the bathroom had some cleaning supplies, hair supplies, and other potential hazards.”
“During the inspection it was found that the first aid kit had expired antiseptic wipes.”
“During the monitoring inspection it was found that the children were not going outside as required.”
“During the inspection it was found that one of the children enrolled did not have a health statement or immunizations on file.”
“During the inspection emergency drills were reviewed and for the year of 2024 the operation was documenting that fire drills were being conducted on the same day, and at the same time, as lock down and severe weather drills. An operation cannot conduct both drills at the same time.”
“During the inspection it was observed that one of the two emergency fire exits was blocked by large potted plants.”
