Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based upon information gathered and interviews conducted inadequate supervision was determined to have occurred when two children were found in the hallway unsupervised when an administrator was nearby who then took them back to their classroom.”
“The operation did not report a positive COVID case to Child Care Regulation within 48 hours.”
“Five cribs in the infant classroom were observed with two mattresses. Note: This was corrected at inspection as the Director removed the second mattress from the crib.”
“The operational policies did not contain the indoor/outdoor policy.”
