Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The gas inspection expired on 12/10/25. The inspection must be done every two years to meet minimum standards.”
“Seven infants, (8month - 17 months) were combined with children as old as nine years old. This was corrected when the other teacher's arrived with in ten minutes. Each teacher took their designated class to their room.”
“The classroom had 34 children with two caregivers. The youngest child was 8 months and the oldest child was 9 years old. The classroom was over ratio by twelve children. This was corrected once the teacher's arrived within ten minutes and took their designated class.”
“During nap time a 4 month infant was observed to be covered with a blanket. This was corrected once the caregiver removed the blanket from the child.”
