Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not notify of the change in operating hours. This was corrected at inspection when a discussion was conducted with the director to confirm operating days and times.”
“The primary caregiver could only locate 10 training hours during the time of the inspection.”
“Two children did not have physician statements in their files.”
“The primary caregiver does not have current training in pediatric First Aid and CPR.”
“The primary caregiver does not have training in handling and storing hazardous materials.”
“During the monitoring inspection it was found that the primary caregiver was 13 hours short of having their full 30 hours of annual training completed.”
“Our of five children's records reviewed, the following was observed: -four records were missing health statements; and, -one record was missing immunization information.”
“The provider did not have all of the required trainings.”
“The CPSC form had not been certified for the current year.”
“Operational policies were not available for review at the time of the inspection.”
