Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was a sfaff member with submitted background check. Howeever, the background check was in pending statuts.”
“The operation did not have the parent rights in the parent handbook and signed off by the parents in the files that were reviewed.”
“There was one person observed in a classroom supervising a group of children during naptime and the person had a "pending" background check. The Director sent the person home during the inspection.”
“Out of six personnel records reviewed, one record was missing the following documents: Proof of Education, Photo Id, Orientation documentation, CPR/First Aid, and SIDS/Shaken Baby Syndrome certification.”
“Out of eight children's records reviewed, one record was missing hearing and vision results.”
