A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The multi child tricycle ride located on the playground does not have the required 6 feet of use zone between it and the concrete sidewalk.”
“The merry go round that requires 6 inches of loose fill in the fall zone has less than an inch of loose fill. Additionally, the anchoring devices of the merry go round are exposed and not covered due to the lack of loose fill.”
“The director did not have current CPR and First Aid training as it expired on 2/2023.”
