Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“Our system is showing that the annual fees for the amount of $35 has not been paid by provider. Providers daughter who was the interpreter stated that payment was sent in the mail to Austin.”
“Fence outdoor has missing wood parts which needed to be replaced.”
“No record of four children enrolled were made available during inspection.”
