Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At the time of inspection, medicaiton administrating documentation did not include name of medication, date, time, and amount of medication given and full name of employee administering medicaiton.”
“Annual report has not been completed and submitted by required due date.”
“Based on the DFPS investigation, it was determined that a 6-year-old child was neglected when left on the vehicle unsupervised.”
“Based on the DFPS investigation, the investigator determined that the vehicle used to transport children did not have an electric child safety system.”
“Based on the DFPS investigation, the operation had an employee transporting children before have a background check completed.”
“Based on the DFPS investigation, it was revealed that a 6 year old child was not appropriately supervised when she was left alone on a vehicle”
“Based on the DFPS investigation, it was determined that a 6-year-old child left unattended on a vehicle while in care of the operation.”
“The operation did not notify licensing that the operation was making structural changes to the approved napping space. This was corrected at inspection when standard 746.301 was read to the caregiver in charge.”
