A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“During the walkthrough, it was found that the operation was out of ratio with 7 children in care and one caregiver. There was a 5 month infant, two children who are 2 year olds, two children who are 21 months, and two children who are 3 year old.”
“A climbing play structure and seewsaw did not have proper surfacing underneath as they were set over grass.”
