Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At time of inpsection, two out of the four children files reviewed were missing emergency contacts address and had parent listed as emergency contact.”
“At time of inspection, Pediatric CPR and First Aid expired on 3/18/2024.”
“At time of inspection, two out of the four children files reviewed did not have admission form.”
“The four children enrolled do not have Health Statements from the physicians or parental signature stating the child has been examined by a physician within 12 months.”
“Three unrelated children were in care when an unannounced investigation inspection was conducted.”
