Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the inspection children under age 2 were observed participating in a screen time activity. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider turned the television off.”
“The area used for emergency exit for children in care housed an air conditioing unit that allowed children in care accesiabilty to the fan area when exiting.”
“During the inspection two play pens were observed with no sheets.”
