Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The director lacked 21 hours of training to complete last years annual training.”
“A sampling of children records were evaluated. One child's record lacked documentation of a hearing and vision statement. Four children records lacked documentation that the parents received a copy or were informed of the parents rights.”
“The operation has not validated their employee list since 10/2022. You may validate your employee list as often as you like, however you must validate the employee list at least once every twelve months.”
“A sampling of children records were evaluated. One child's immunization record was observed incomplete.”
