Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One six month infant has out of date feeding instructions. The last time it was updated was on 11/28/25.”
“A teacher in the infant/toddler classroom does not have an eligibility letter She was left alone with children while they were napping. The teacher left the building during the inspection.”
“Based on the information provided a child was left on the playground unsupervised.”
“A guide to first aid was missing in the white van's first aid kit. This was corrected during the inspection when the guide was added to the kit.”
“The current fire inpsection expired on 10/19/22.”
“Based on the information gathered two children were able to get into a classroom without a teacher present per video.”
“One driver has expired transportation training.”
“Based on the information obtained during the DFPS investigation videos showed that the children were not being properly supervised as they were climbing and hanging on the play equipment, laying across the slide, and laying on the ground for 5 minutes.”
“Based on the DFPS investigation there was a purse accessible to the children on a low cabinet/shelf.”
