Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The toddler room had 6 children with one caregvier where the specified age group was 16 months of age. This was corrected at inspection when a child was moved to another classroom bringing the operation into compliance.”
“Children under 18 months of age were observed combined with children 18 months older than them during meal service. The youngest child in the group was 12 months of age, The oldest child in the group was 7 yrs old. This was corrected at inspection when the toddler eating table was moved into the toddler classroom in order to prevent combining.”
“4 toddlers were observed unbuckled in the toddler kidney bean shaped table at meal service. This was corrected at inspection when the children were buckled in.”
