Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The primary caregiver was missing 7 out of 30 required annual training hours.”
“One caregiver was missing 21 out of 24 of the required annual training hours.”
“One caregiver was left with two infants and ten children above the age of 18 months. They came into compliance when a second caregiver returned from lunch break.”
“Three employment files were missing record of educational qualifications. One personnel record was missing a pre-employment affidavit. One employment file was missing a notarized affidavit.”
“The operation was over ratio by two children during an unannounced inspection. This was corrected at inspection when another caregiver arrived.”
“The primary caregiver did not notify licensing the change/added space for the infants. The primary caregiver let the Inspector know before conducting the walk through.”
