Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the information obtained during the DFPS investigation, a child was left unsupervised in a class restroom.”
“While reviewing the People List, it was discovered that a caregiver did not have a background check associated with the operation.”
“Based on the information obtained through the DFPS Investigation, there is sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver used prohibited punishment by grabbing and pulling a child while in care.”
