Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two children had immunization records that are not current.”
“2 caregivers did not have proof of completion in HASA related topics completed during their most recently completed training year.”
“A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2024 data revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2024 by January 15, 2025, as required.”
“One infant had a monthly feeding schedule that had not been updated in the last 30 days.”
“Two children did not have immunization records on file.”
“The emergency preparedness plan was incomplete and did not include how children under the age of 24 months will be evacuated and accounted for. It also did not have the emergency evacuation plan.”
“The outside activity space did not have a fence that was at least 4 feet high.”
