Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two infants did not have written feeding instructions available for review during the inspection.”
“Documentation of the most recent fire inspection was not availble for review during the inspection.”
“The operation failed to report the number of employees that left timely.”
“This standard was found to be deficient when the operation failed to provide documentation of emergency drills as required.”
“The operation did not have the required six inches of surfacing for climbing equipment on the younger kids playground,”
“The operation did not have documentation available for review of the daily tracking system for the children.”
“Caregivers and director did not have current CPR and first aid.”
“The center did not have any loose-fill on the playgrounds.”
“Caregivers were missing the notarized affidavit.”
“The center did not have a carbon monoxide monitor.”
“Caregivers were missing their education qualifications.”
