Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There were 21 of 30 required annual training hours availabe for review during the inspection.”
“Parent's Rights were not included in the provider's operational policies.”
“Cleaning supplies were observed accessible in the bathroom cabinet under the sink in the children's bathroom. This was corrected at inspection when the primary caregiver removed the cleaning supplies and made them inaccessible.”
