A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“A caregiver hired on 8/24/2026 was present and counted in ratio in the infant classroom with 6 infants. The caregiver was lacking 5 hours of pre-service training in required topics.”
“A caregiver was present and working in the infant classroom without the submission of a background check. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver left the operation.”
