Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the information gathered during the investigation, it has been determined that the school failed to report to Child Care Regulations that a child had been involved in any on-routine situation that placed, or may have placed, the child at risk for injury or harm when left unsupervised for a period of time.”
“Based on the information gathered during the investigation, it has been determined that child was left unattended, and caregiver was not at a physical proximity not allowed visual and/or auditory awareness of the child in care.”
“The policies did not have the preventing and respoinding to abuse and neglect of children available for review.”
