Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was no admission information for five children enrolled at the child care home.”
“Fire drills have not been conducted at the childcare home since January 2024.”
“Five children did not have the required health statement information required from the admission information form.”
“The transportation emergency plan for the child care home was not available for reviewed.”
“Debris and pieces of wood were observed located in the backyard.”
“The AC located in the backyard was observed uncovered during the inspection.”
“The Transportation Safety training for the primary caregiver was not available for reviewed.”
