Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During review of staff records four did not have annual trainings completed.”
“Five personnel files were evaluated and it was found that 3 caregivers did not have a notorized affidavit present.”
“One caregiver present with children did not have an eligible background check. NOTE: This was during an application inspection. The care of the children ended during the inspection and the caregiver went home at that time.”
“The operation does not have a current fire inspection.”
“There are 34 unrelated children in care three days a week for four hours each day.”
