Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“This standard was evaluated as part of the investigation and found to be deficient. A caregiver placed an infant in the crib with a bottle and the infant fell asleep.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of the investigation and found to be deficient. The incident of leaving a child unsupervised that happened on 11/17/25 was not reported until 11/20/25.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of the investigation and found to be deficient. A child was left unsupervised in classroom for several minutes when the class went outside.”
“At the inspection, the loosefill did not measure 6 inches on the older childrens playground. The slide exits measured 2 inches in depth of loosefill,”
“At the inspection, the written feeding instructions for the infants were outdated and not being updated every 30 days. The last dates were in March and January.”
“At the inspection, the under pinning of the building exposed to the playground has jagged edges where the children were playing.”
