Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“This investigation found that the operation did not tell the parent at pick up of a minor incident and they had to reach out to the operation to find out what happened.”
“During a DFPS investigation, it was found that a caregiver used a method of discipline that was not positive. A caregiver told children they would not be picked up by their parents if they did not behave.”
“A caregiver was present at the operation without the operation receiving the background check eligibility notification. The caregiver left the operation and will not return until the eligibility has been determined.”
“This investigation found that a child was left on the playground.”
