Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was noted that three children's record did not have the date of admission. Please note that the caregiver entered the admission date into the records during the inspection.”
“It was noted that the parents information section was still blank in one child's record. Note: The caregiver contacted the parents to obtain this information and updated the admission form accordingly.”
“The admission information form for one child in care was not available for viewing during the inspection.”
