A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation allowed for a staff member to be present at the operation with a pending background. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the staff member leave the operation.”
“A staff member did not know the youngest child in the toddler classroom and the information was not posted.”
“An operation allowed two caregivers with pending backgrounds to be present with children. This was corrected during the inspection when both caregivers were observed leaving the building.”

The caregiver was observed doing this two times before i intervened. This was corrected during the inspection when i informed the caregiver that she was leaving the other teacher out of ratio. A third caregiver stepped in and helped the children was there hands.”
