Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“The outside A/C unit does not have a safeguard around the unit.”
“There is no list of employees posted.”
“There is no emergency telephone numbers posting.”
“There was no keeping children safe posting. This was corrected when the posting was put on the wall.”
“A wooden board was missing from the outdoor fence that had nails exposed.”
